🍫🍣 Oreo Cream Cheese Cheesecake Sushi Roll

🛒 Ingredients

Base (Oreo Dough)

• 2 packages Oreo cookies (with cream, processed in a food processor)

• 2–3 tablespoons milk (for kneading)

Cheesecake Cream

• 200 g cream cheese

• 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

• 4 tablespoons cream (or milk)

Filling

• Banana, strawberry, or any other fruit of your choice (cut into long strips)

Topping

• Melted chocolate (optional)

• Mini Oreo crumbs

• Powdered sugar

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Oreo Base

1. Grind the Oreos in a food processor until they become flour.

2. Add the milk and knead until you get a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.

3. Place the dough on plastic wrap and roll it out into a thin rectangle.

2. Prepare the Cheesecake Cream

1. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.

2. Add cream/milk to thin the consistency (it should be spreadable, not runny).

3. Spread the prepared cream over the rolled-out Oreo base.

3. Add the Filling

• Place your chosen fruit lengthwise at one end of the plate.

4. Roll Like Sushi

1. Using the plastic wrap, roll the Oreo base towards the fruit section.

2. Roll it tightly and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

3. Cut the rested roll into sushi-style slices with a sharp knife.

5. Garnish

• You can drizzle melted chocolate on top, sprinkle mini Oreo crumbs or powdered sugar. ✨

🍣🍫 Serving Suggestion

• Serve cold.

• White chocolate sauce also pairs very well with it.
