Instructions
Blacken the Salmon
1. Pat salmon dry.
2. Season generously with blackened/Cajun seasoning, salt & pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium-high.
4. Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through.
5. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp
1. In the same pan, add a splash of oil + minced garlic.
2. Season shrimp with salt & pepper.
3. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
4. Remove and set aside.

Make the Creamy Sauce
1. Add butter to the pan and melt.
2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Stir in paprika.
4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
5. Add parmesan and whisk until creamy.
6. Add parsley and a squeeze of lemon if desired.

Combine
Add salmon and shrimp back into the creamy sauce.
Spoon sauce over the top and simmer for 1 minute.
